You consent to Speed Identity, as the data controller, processing your personal data to manage recruitment. You agree to the collection of personal data when you submit an application and add personal details about yourself, either directly or through a third party (such as LinkedIn). You also consent to us collecting publicly available information about you and compiling it for recruitment purposes. As an applicant, you agree that Speed Identity may retain your personal data as long as required by applicable Swedish legislation.

Note that a job applicant may be of interest for future recruitment, and for this purpose, we may retain your personal data as long as it is considered relevant for potential opportunities.

If you withdraw your consent, we will retain your data for two years from the date of your last application to ensure proof of a fair recruitment process, in line with the Swedish Equality Ombudsman’s recommendations and directives. After this period, your personal data will be anonymized, and all identifying data will be deleted.

We prioritize personal privacy and actively ensure that your personal data is processed with the utmost care. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal data is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and GDPR. However, the transmission of information over the internet and mobile networks can never be entirely risk-free, meaning that all transmission is done at your own risk.
